Powermatic 12" Wood Lathe. 3/4 hp 200 volt 3 phase motor. Model 45. Serial # 745077 Variable speed 36-38" between center 6" face plate , 12" tool rest, live center, New drive spur. Handle for the tail stock has been welded but works good. The threads on the outboard side of spindle are messed up. see pictures. Other than above it works and runs good.
